Tracking can be pulled from ITD and Xpresion with your own login. Rate sheets come in as .xlsx or .csv. A sales file is made for Tally. Everything else is marked "Not yet" inside the product, in the Connect app.
Booking and labels through ITD or Xpresion, direct booking with DHL, FedEx, Aramex or Delhivery, WhatsApp sending from your own number, Razorpay pay links, and e-way bill actions through a GSP.
No. A payment reminder, a campaign message or a balance-freight bill opens WhatsApp with the message written, and a staff member presses send. The portal records the message as opened, not as sent.
No. Logi Bundals files nothing. It prepares papers and files. Your office, your CA, your authorised courier or the government portal does the filing.
Every legal, tax, duty and deadline figure in the product is a starting value marked "verify". That includes GST, TDS, duty rates, claim notice days and e-way bill validity. Confirm each with your CA or the carrier.
No. Prices, tax, duty and compliance checks use fixed rules and sums only.
No. The Claims desk records your office's own policies and lists the parcels to declare to your insurer. No cover is sold.

Riders use a simple phone page in the browser that shows only their own pickups and deliveries. Drivers need nothing: office staff add the POD photo.
Yes. The owner gives each login a list of apps, and the server checks it on every request. Cost and margin are shown only to logins with a money app.
